A topically applied arkdhara treatment, 'Harjod' works equally on painful knees, elbows, shoulders and ankles. The rare herbs present in 'Harjod' provide pain relief alongside the strengthening of the musculature for a lasting effect.
Mix 1 spoonful of Harjod powder in half a liter of water. Boil it well for approx. 10 minutes. Keep stirring so that the entire essence of the powder dissolves to form a concoction (ark)
Fill the lukewarm Harjod ark in a small vessel. Now, pour it slowly over the knees like a stream or dhara.
Wipe dry the knees with a towel. Once completely dry, apply Harjod Oil. Massage gently until the oil absorbs completely.
